About reservation process
After charging your credit card for the pre payment we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.
If you have only a question or a room inquiry, please fill out the form without your credit card information and we will respond as soon as possible.

A credit card is required to hold and guarantee a reservation. By submitting this reservation form you agree to the terms and conditions of the deposit and the cancellation policies. Your credit card will ONLY be charged if the room requested is available for the dates selected. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation and the deposit taken.
A deposit of two nights plus taxes is required upon confirmation of the reservation.
The balance will be paid upon arrival in cash, Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
Special policies for Christmas and New Year’s Eve:
There are no discounts and a deposit of 50% of your reservation is required.
If cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival day in High Season, your deposit (less US$ 35.00 cancellation fee for each room reservation) will be refunded. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival day will forfeit full deposit.
If cancellation notice is received at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival day in Low Season, your deposit (less US$ 35.00 cancellation fee for each room reservation) will be refunded. Reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival day will forfeit full deposit.
“No Shows” will forfeit full deposit plus one more night plus taxes.
There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
